At Vedic Lok, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service provided, please review our refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Service Not Delivered: If the booked puja or service was not conducted or delivered as per the booking, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation by Vedic Lok: If we cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel the booking at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a refund, minus any processing fees.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time are not eligible for a refund.
  • Completed Services: Once the puja or service has been performed, no refunds will be issued.
